My scooter's name is Dennis II. It is a Yamaha C3. My first scooter was named Dennis I (after my pet turtle). It was a Honda Metropolitan. Dennis I was a great scooter, but a little small for me.
Ironically, the Shelley's just blogged about scooters as well.
I do consider myself an ambassador for scooter owning and riding. Many people falsely characterize scooters as being uncool or even unmanly. Those people are, of course, most likely overcompensating for feelings of inadequacy and have in fact, never ridden a scooter before.
Just when I thought you couldnt do anything dumber, you go out....
ReplyDeleteAND TOTALLY REDEEM YOURSELF!!!
Dude, I just read online that you can get 115 miles to the gallon on that hog? Awesome! Nice blog by the way, and thanks for the shout-out.
ReplyDeleteI think when most people see folks riding around on a scooter in America they think it's because the driver has had his license revoked due to drunk driving or something of the like... at least that's what I always thought. Now I know better, some people just like it. You'd fit right in here in Asia Kyle.
